PayPal is available worldwide. Please note that this method will not appear as a payment option for accounts owned by users under the age of 13.

5. Why does the PayPal service cost more to use?

PayPal is more expensive when compared to paying by credit/debit card because it is more expensive for us to operate this more convenient payment method. We earn the same revenues as with other paying methods. The additional fee goes to PayPal.

This method of payment is cheaper than PayByCash, however.

6. How do I subscribe or make a one-off payment?

Select “Create Account” on www.funorb.com and select the prompts for using the PayPal payment method.

7. How do I unsubscribe?

One-off, non-recurring payments will not continue if you decide not to resubscribe, so there is no need to unsubscribe from any service.

To unsubscribe from recurring PayPal payments, you will need to cancel a minimum of 72 hours in advance of the credit expiring; however, we recommend cancelling at least four days or more in advance to avoid further billing.

You can cancel your subscription by selecting 'Account Information' from the 'Account Management' section of the RuneScape website (from the 'Account' drop-down), and following the "Click here if you want to cancel your subscription" link. You can also cancel your subscription using your PayPal account.

8. How long will it take for my membership to start?

Paypal payment is normally processed instantly, so as soon as you have reached the payment confirmation page, your membership will have begun and you can play FunOrb members' content. There will be a delay of 3-7 days if payment is made by e-check.

11. I have sent my payment, but I’m still not a member. How long will it take?

First of all, please check your PayPal account log for the payment. If it is present and you are still not a member, then contact us, here; otherwise, please contact PayPal.

If your PayPal account log states that the payment has cleared and has been credited to our account, there may occasionally be a further delay while our system updates itself. Rest assured that your membership will not begin to elapse until it has been applied to your account, so you are not losing any membership time.

12. How many months of membership credit can I buy at a time?

PayPal offer a monthly recurring option, as well as one-off, non-recurring one, two, three, six and twelve month options.

13. How many payments will be taken?

If you choose to use one of the non-recurring payment options, only one payment will be taken. If you choose to subscribe using the recurring option, a payment will taken every month, 3 days before your credit is due to expire.

14. My PayPal payments keep failing; what is wrong?

For security reasons, we insist that all PayPal payments for more than one month's membership must be made with a verified PayPal account. Recurring PayPal subscription agreements also require verification.

15. I want to subscribe by PayPal, but I can't/don't want to verify my PayPal account. What can I do?

Unverified PayPal users may still subscribe via PayByCash with the PayPal Express payment option. You may only make standalone payments, however, and they will be slightly more expensive.
